Shaking Yoga
A minimal, somatic yoga in three movements: Foundations, Focus, Flow.
There are no fixed asanas here — shaking itself is the posture. Breath leads, body remembers, attention clears.

Foundations
Grounding the feet, soft knees, breath down the spine. Gentle neurogenic shaking to down-shift stress and reawaken felt sense.

Focus
Eyes soft, attention spacious. Let micro-tremor meet stillness — awareness becomes the container where emotion settles and breath opens.

Flow
From tremor into organic movement. Simple arcs and waves guided by breath — minimal cues, maximal presence, intelligent rest.
the pulse of life is aligned to my own rhythm — posture arises from breath, and breath from listening.
